I feel like I won the Personal Trainer jackpot when I signed up with Becky! When I first joined the gym and started PT sessions I was heavily over weight, lacking in
confidence and daunted by the prospect of trying to get my health back on track. Through a good dose of tough love to push you beyond what you think are your limits, lots of support and her extensive knowledge of fitness and diet Becky has helped me achieve better results than I could have imagined (..and certainly much, much more than I ever could have achieved going it alone).

I’ve lost 4 stone in 5 months, 10% of my body fat and gained the confidence to sign up for my first ever sponsored run, like a cross between a big sister and a drill sergeant Becky has been there every step of the way push or cajole me in the right direction.

You can’t help but be motivated to keep working when you train with Becky because you really feel like she wants it for you as much as you want it for yourself. The sessions are fun as well as tough and she makes sure you leave with the knowledge of how to carry on your good work in the choices you make at home. I’m sure I’ll keep training with Becky for the indefinite future therefore I expect I’ll be running my first marathon not too far from now!!

Finding a PT was a bit of a last ditch attempt to get me back into the world of exercise having lost all my motivation. I felt I needed one-to-one sessions to show me what I needed to do to get my fitness up and regain the leaner body I have previously had. It is quite an expense but Becky was really understanding and worked out a payment plan for me to make it manageable. Becky was understanding and motivating and I really am so grateful to have met and worked with her.

To date I have lost one and a half stone, and am well on the way to losing more. She has reignited the fire in my belly to get fit and even gave me the confidence to take on the gruelling challenge of the London Marathon when a friend offered me the chance to do it. I feel better, I look better and I have my confidence back - the later of which is priceless. Thank you.

Add crossfit with Becky to your list of things to do before you die. She won't kill you but at times you feel close to it! A fitness coach who understands people and makes each experience 'just right' and 'then some' for that person.

I have had the pleasure of training with all of Becky, Aslan and Jordan and have thoroughly enjoyed their contrasting styles. With Jordan the training was more weights and boxing which I love. We worked muscles I never knew existed and showed me some techniques and exercise that I will take with me. Aslan was more bodyweight exercises which were particularly challenging. With Becky it was more cross fit style and aerobic workouts which got my fitness up and the combination of the three enabled me to stroll through the Royal Marines10k Commando Challenge in October 2013. After all these weeks of training I would now consider them both as friends which is a small miracle when I consider some of the beastings they gave me!
