TERMS & CONDITIONS


1 All payments are to be made in full prior to training commencing via direct debit or cash to recieve the discounted rates.

2 Direct Debit details are available on request.

3 All training fees are non refundable and a 24hr cancellation period is needed or the session will be lost.

4 All block bookings have a 3 month expiry.

5 Session times may be arranged with your Trainer at the time of booking. Regular slots will be encouraged to guarantee training times however, adhoc appointments may be made if preferred, subject to availability.

6 Your workout will last around 45 minutes plus 15 minutes for warm up, cool down and general discussion. 60 minutes max session time.

7 The training venue will be agreed upon at the time of booking and may change from time to time with mutual agreement between Trainer and Client

8 An initial health questionaire (PAR-Q) must be completed and signed before the first session commences.

9 Please arrive for your workouts dressed in suitable exercise clothing including training shoes and a bottle of water.

I understand that although Rebalance-Fitness takes due care and consideration when designing and teaching exercise programs and when giving all aspects of advice on health and fitness, I will not hold it responsible for any injury or death sustained whilst under their instruction or any person representing them.
